Adam Wheeler pleaded guilty to 20 counts of larceny, identity fraud, and other charges for cheating his way into Harvard. He was sentenced to 10 years of probation. He also has to pay at least $45,800 in restitution, attend counseling and can't profit from his story.
The court agreed to the sentence due to the compulsive nature of Wheeler's behavior and his lack of a moral compass.
